PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

BECOME A GAP PARTNER CHURCH!

Your church can have a dramatic impact in training American missionaries and future church leaders by becoming a GAP Partner Church. Your church can become a GAP Partner Church at no cost! This program is not a means of raising funds, but of raising awareness of the GAP to members of your church. Participating students in GAP from your church will even receive a tuition discount!

A GAP Partner church commits to:
• actively promoting GAP among its membership (especially youth and young adults).
• Encourages young people interested in missions (short or long-term) to check out the GAP training program.

GAP commits to:
• Provide quality promotional tools to the Partner Churches.
• Keep in regular contact with a designated leader in the Partner Church to promote new initiatives as well as serve the Partner Church in any way we can.
• Provide a discount to GAP 1, GAP 2 or GAP Mission Trips for any member of the Partner Church that receives the approval of the Partner Church leadership.

There are a number of worthwhile projects that will support the GAP and church planting in South America. We have outlined some of them below. Please make all tax-deductible donations to the following address specified for "The GAP" in the memo line.

Facility Expansion on GAP campus

We are in need of building a new classroom on the campus. The primary construction is $5,000 with an additional $2,000 for finishing construction and instructional furnishings. Also, we desire to build a low ropes course with exercise equipment at an estimated $2,000.

Permanent Campus for the GAP

We are currently leasing property which serves as the campus for the GAP in Rio de Janeiro. The 3.5 acre property is in a great location and it is our desire to purchase the land. The cost for purchase is $250,000.

GAP and Light to the Nations Church Van

The ministry is in need of a 16 passenger van for the transportation of GAP students and church activities. The cost of the van is $29,000.

Church Planting

We are currently working towards a goal of planting over 100 churches within South America by the end of next year. Each church plant will be supported for 12 months at a rate of $200 per month. Your generous gift can be applied directly to the church plant.

Project 153 Crusade Funding

We have found that while crusades in major cities have marginal effectiveness, crusades in small interior towns are very effective. We are raising funds to host crusades in cities where we have or are about to plant new churches. The cost which includes, radio time, fliers, and travel for a team of evangelists is $10,000 per city.
